A love of things made well and the everyday pleasure of living with them. We bring together beautiful pieces made by hand in Italy to use often and love a little more each time. Our name comes from the founder’s middle name, derived from tranquil: calm, serene, quiet. A feeling that runs through the brand, with room for colour, character and the small things that make a day a little nicer.

Italy gives us plenty to fall in love with. The colours of old buildings, an unexpected fabric, the way people put things together. We look for that same character in the pieces we create, working with small, family-owned workshops where making things well is simply part of daily life. Pieces with a place in your wardrobe for years, and something of the people who made them.

It began with friulane: simple shoes with a character all their own. Soft velvet, a light rubber sole and the hand-stitching that brings them together. Made by hand in Italy, ours come in three silhouettes: the classic round toe, the pointed toe and the Mary Jane. Then there is colour. A familiar navy, a deep bordeaux, a soft pastel or something a little bolder. The shape you feel good in, the shade you keep coming back to.
